ATLAS is comprised of federal, state and local law enforcement, prosecutors, victim social services programs, community stakeholders and community supporters. The goals of the task force are to: increase public awareness, train to identify victims/situations of human trafficking, train to investigate and prosecute cases of human trafficking, rescue victims and prosecute traffickers.
